Dear community,
We hope you enjoyed the summer, had a chance to recharge your batteries, and are ready for the next edition of the Data Science Cafe! This time, we can share coffee and Data Science on the premises of WeAreDevelopers!, home of the Keep Current Project.
We started the DS Cafe format exactly one year ago, to provide a mechanism for participants to move forward from the various interesting presentations delivered by Data Science MeetUps all around Vienna, to active application of their own ideas. Many fascinating projects were born this first year, such as Keep-Current, Learning Data Science with Beer, Data Science Jobs, Micro-skills development platform, and Data Science and Cooking, among others.
The format of the DS Cafe has evolved under the guidance of the community, and we hope you will continue to give us your input this year. We want to thank you again for all your support during the first year of the Cafe - and let’s keep improving this open space for our Data Science community!
Everyone is welcome to come and share their own ideas, or simply explore and decide if there is a project you want to be involved in. You can participate regardless of your experience in Data Science - all you need is some curiosity, your computer, and the willingness to talk to other Data Science enthusiasts around you.
